JRD Ventures, LLC is owned and operated by Joseph R. Dove, a retired police officer.

Joseph R. Dove is a retired police officer from the Prince George's County (MD) Police Department with over 16 years experience.  During the last 9 years of his career as a police officer, Joe was an Accident Reconstructionist with the Department's elite Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit.  As an Accident Reconstructionist, Joe personally investigated and reconstructed 95 fatal motor vehicle collisions involving the deaths of 106 persons.  Joe is a recognized expert in the field of Accident Reconstruction.

Joe sustained a career ending disability in February 2000 and was officially retired in March 2001.

Joe began retraining himself for a position in the computer field.  Joe's love for computer drawings, graphics, animations, and forensics guided him toward the forensic animation field.  Joe has received intensive training in the use of 3-Dimensional animation software.  The software is some of the same applications used by motion picture animators. 

A keen eye for detail and accuracy has always been a trademark of Joe's work.
